General:

We supply the ordered goods exclusively on the base of the following business conditions (state 2008).

All offers are not binding and as long as the products are available.

Order:

Our plants can be ordered per phone, fax, internet or in writing
The contract of sale with Großräschener Orchideen comes of with our confitmation of order, but at the latest with the delivery of the goods.

Delivery conditions:

The shipment happens per packtet(outside Germany per airmail). Postage and packing contributes the orderer. Orders about 200,00€ are postage free inside Germany.
Prepayment is to pay within 10 days - after this time the order is canceled automatically.
Complaints are to tell us within 24 hours. Damaged shipments are to notify at your post room immediately.
To protect the plants the shipment happens only when there is no frost.

Right of retraction:

You can retract your order without a specification of reasons in writing or by telephone within 14 days beginning with supply. You have to send us back the goods in original state. In case of a retraction the full product price will be reimbursed when the goods were sent back to us. The costs for sending back have to be payd by you unless the supplied goods are not the ordered goods. You do not have the right of retraction if the goods are not in the original state(for example damage because of wrong cultivation).

Warranty:

The right of retraction of your order within 14 days beginning with supply do not touch your rights as buyer in terms of the legal warranty-provisions. If there are faults on our goods your rights as buyer prescribe within 2 years after getting the goods. Please keep the bill as verification of the buy.

Terms of payment:

Payment are possible against prepayment or cash on delivery.

Shipping costs inside Germany:

These datas are valid inside Germany.

The shippment happens within all countries of the EU. When shipping in other countries of the EU - not Germany - the shippment costs 19.95€ (Airmail with DHL).
Cash on delivery-shipments in other countries of the EU are not possible because the dues of the post are to expensive.

Up to the complete payment the ware remains in our property This proviso will not be broken by reproduction of plants.
