Delivery conditions:
The shipment happens per packet (outside Germany per DHL Airmail). Postage
and packing contributes the orderer. Orders about 200,00€ are postage
free inside Germany.
Complaints are to tell us within 24 hours. Damaged shipments are to notify at
your post room immediately.
To protect the plants the shipment happens only when there is no frost. Also we pay attention to careful packaging.
Terms of payment:
Payments are possible against Paypal or Bank-transfer(prepayment).
Shipping costs within the EU:
The shipment happens within all countries of the EU. When shipping in other countries
of the EU - not Germany - the shippment costs 14.95€ (DHL Airmail).
Cash on delivery-shipments in other countries of the EU are not possible because the dues of the post
are to expensive.

PayPal is a very easy and safe way of payment and is common type of payment in online shops all over the world.
The order process including PayPal payment is the following:
After selecting PyaPal as your type of payment, you click on "Continue".
Then you are redirected automatically to the PayPal site by clicking on "place order".
There you login and confirm the payment of your order (e.g. by credit card).
After the confirmation of the payment you will automatically come back to our shop and there you will be shown the order confirmation overview.
